i would to know how run a game play, i have Demon's soul's .iso , but i don't know how launch this game or convert to PKG or ELF.

Someone can help me please ? :/

Please read the FAQ.
AFAIK, games that come on a Blu-Ray disc shouldn't be in .iso format. Also, RPCS3 doesn't support .iso files.
