Its okay to me use this extension. But for the sake of being strict, this is required for opnengl 4.5. E.g. This is mandatory extension for xenia emulator (ogl 4.5 only)
EDIT: Mhh well, after rethinking. You might be right in that varoius opengl apps can use extensions from upper opengl versions. But this extension is available on gpus that support ogl 4.5 at minimum, this is hardware specific. so to use this extension, you need gpu that support ogl 4.5 anyway.
Well, Lets leave code as it is
![Smile Smile](https://forums.rpcs3.net/images/smilies/smile.png)
, so that my ogl 4.4 gpu can use rpcs3, excluding games with that extension implemented.
Game now plays through the intro at 60 FPS with music. Game hangs after attempting to go into the main menu, but the music continues to play.
Goes in-game now, but the audio is just
VERY LOUD crackling and popping. Seriously, even on 2% volume, everyone in my house heard it. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Also, nothing renders correctly.
Using this build:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp...0.0.1-3910
I'll leave this in Intro until that PR is merged to master as it's WIP stuff
Game goes into ingame

RPCS3 v0.0.5-6742-04ad49de4 Alpha | HEAD
Intel® Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz | 12 Threads | 15.93 GiB RAM | AVX+ | TSX
Ingame. Apparently it's been so over a year, ah well.
Still seems to need PPU fast and fps is too low for playable.
The first time I loaded into a map it took about 10 minutes but the second time I tried for log it took a little less than a full minute.
Any cached shaders on reboot cause RPCS3 to fatal error at least with Vulkan.
ShareX crashed before I really started playing but I did a game and everything seemed fine. Would probably be playable if the fps was higher (preferably the load times reduced as well).
rpcs3-v0.0.5-7496-0e0a82e5_win64
Playable.
