Saves working fine in latest masters

So uhh....game runs at full 60 fps but uhhhh

no matter what settings I change the models keep glitching up during gameplay, I keep seeing other videos of people NOT having this issue and I cant figure whats wrong with this!






using the latest version
Intel i5-7400 @3.00GHZ Nvidia GeForce GTX1060 3GB

I also recorded a video showing my issue
anyone else getting this at all?
