I'm getting the same error.

No audio too =(

I've NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti 6GB, i7-3770K 3.50 GHz, 16 GB RAM, Win 7 64 Bits

RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-8e95529 Alpha
This game is ALMOST playable, I played for around an hour and didn't notice any rendering issues or anything stopping progress, FPS was at a steady 30 as well.
The only thing holding it back from being playable is that RPCS3 does not generate a correct save file, USR-DATA and SYS-DATA files are not created.

Can save to new slots, though you need to save twice
Make a new slot makes the files;

resave to the slot creates;

I accidentally stumbled on this workaround for the save
DOES NOT WORK WITH NATIVE USER INTERFACE... for now, it causes rpcs3 to crash when you try to use it. i assume that will be fixed in the future
