No. Yes, and it will have no effect (I think the game gives a maximum of 30 "real" FPS)

Moved to Nothing since last report was 3 years ago.
Tested on OpenGL.

It shows opening video, some logos, menu and gameplay, but when you falling down on the ground the emulator goes freezing.

There's a controller issue with this game that doesn't happen 100% of the time but it happens often enough for it not to be considered Playable

The controller issue seems to have been resolved at some point. I'm getting 300-500 FPS at 4K with vblank cranked, so performance is probably fine on more modest CPUs. I played through the first few missions just fine, and this game appears to be playable.

Colors/lighting are slightly off compared to real hardware and none of the buffer options seem to make it correct, but it's negligible. Vblank does speed up some animations in the menus, but gameplay seems just fine with it at very high values.
