Never tested AppVeyor builds before merging, as the built fine.
Need to somehow link them statically in our CMake script, but I currently am not sure how to fix it. Might take a bit to get AppVeyor builds fixed.

Ah, if it doesn't work with the interpreter, it's not going to go to Playable.
I doubt there's a bug with Interpreter, but there very likely is one in LLVM causing it to somehow work. Interpreter should currently take priority over LLVM backend, due to better inaccuracy.
