Hmmm, that is strange. I don't know what is causing this. 
I guess this also happens with the other homebrews, right? (I mean, not only cube_png.elf). Are all homebrews producing the same error in both platforms (x86 / x64)? Two weeks ago, I had some problems with OpenGL and I have a Nvidia GT630M too. You should check that rpcs3-x64.exe is handled by the Nvidia GPU and not the integrated GPU.
almost every homebrew, the only file that works is helloworld, all other files show the same error with opengl ( i have it set globaly that all apps use nvidia and not integrated gpu, and i have it set to high performance). I have visual studio Version 11.0.50727.1 RTMREL.
